CTE Month is a recognition that the modern workforce demands durable skills: the ability to communicate, collaborate, and solve complex problems. At iLEAD Agua Dulce, we integrate these skills into our learner-led model.
Research shows that learners involved in CTE programs have a 94% graduation rate, significantly higher than the national average. By connecting classroom learning to real-world applications, CTE keeps learners engaged and gives them a clear “why” behind their education.
At iLEAD Agua Dulce, our CTE pathways are designed to be flexible and personalized, supporting all learners on their academic and career journeys.
Entrepreneurship: A three-year pathway designed to provide the skills, knowledge, and practice in all things business, finance, marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship. This highly personalized pathway guides learners into writing and refining a business plan, launching their own business, and engaging in the local community.
Education: A two-year pathway designed to prepare the future educators of tomorrow. This pathway allows learners to understand the basic principles of K-12 education and apply those principles in observation, student-teaching, and leading on iLEAD Agua Dulce’s campus.
