February is Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month. At iLEAD Agua Dulce, we’re launching careers with CTE.

CTE Month is a recognition that the modern workforce demands durable skills: the ability to communicate, collaborate, and solve complex problems. At iLEAD Agua Dulce, we integrate these skills into our learner-led model.

Research shows that learners involved in CTE programs have a 94% graduation rate, significantly higher than the national average. By connecting classroom learning to real-world applications, CTE keeps learners engaged and gives them a clear “why” behind their education.

At iLEAD Agua Dulce, our CTE pathways are designed to be flexible and personalized, supporting all learners on their academic and career journeys.

Spotlighting iLEAD Agua Dulce’s Pathways

• Entrepreneurship: A three-year pathway designed to provide the skills, knowledge, and practice in all things business, finance, marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship. This highly personalized pathway guides learners into writing and refining a business plan, launching their own business, and engaging in the local community.

• Education: A two-year pathway designed to prepare the future educators of tomorrow. This pathway allows learners to understand the basic principles of K-12 education and apply those principles in observation, student-teaching, and leading on iLEAD Agua Dulce’s campus.
