iLEAD Agua Dulce 8th-12th Grade Galápagos Trip

We are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for iLEAD Agua Dulce 8th-12th graders and families to embark on the journey of a lifetime! In June of 2026, Mrs. Byrne and Miss Elsa will be leading an educational adventure through Quito and the Galápagos Islands with WorldStrides Student Travel!

This immersive travel experience blends science, culture, and history in a way no textbook ever could. Together, we’ll explore the vibrant colonial city of Quito, stand on the equator, and experience the incredible biodiversity of the Galápagos Islands, a living laboratory that inspired Darwin himself.

What to Expect on This Adventure

• Tour historic Quito, a UNESCO World Heritage site
• Visit the Intiñan Solar Museum at the equator
• Island-hop across the Galápagos, home to giant tortoises, sea lions, and blue-footed boobies
• Snorkel, hike, and engage in hands-on learning about evolution and conservation
• Learn from expert local guides and marine biologists
