Attention, all iLEAD Agua Dulce learners in grades 4-12! Have you ever dreamed of sending your own experiment to outer space? Join iLEAD Agua Dulce’s DreamUp to Space Experiment Design Challenge, a mission to solve real-world problems for space travelers.

Your Mission

You’ll answer this driving question: How can we use our understanding of gravity and long-term space travel to develop experiments that could run on the International Space Station?

Selected experiments have the opportunity to be launched to the ISS and tested in microgravity!

Mission Logistics

• Principal Facilitator: Sonia Kurfess is the principal facilitator for this project with 5th grade. However, the opportunity is open to anyone in grades 4-12 at iLEAD Agua Dulce and iLEAD Agua Dulce Exploration who would like to participate or consult with her. • Family Info Meeting: Thursday, January 29, at 6:00-6:30 PM: Join us to learn about design requirements and how to get started!
• 5th Grade Presentation of Learning: Thursday, March 12, at 4:30 PM
