MAP Assessments Begin August 17

At iLEAD Agua Dulce, we embrace the whole child, nurturing both social-emotional well-being and academic growth. A key part of our holistic approach is the Individualized Learning Plan (ILP). Through the ILP, each learner has a voice in their own education. They set meaningful goals alongside facilitators (teachers) and families and learn to take charge of their own unique journey.

To help us support and track this growth, our learners participate in the MAP NWEA assessment three times per year: fall, winter, and spring.

Here is why the MAP assessment is such a meaningful tool for our community:

• Measures Growth: Because we focus on individual progress over final scores, the upcoming fall assessment simply gives us a helpful baseline to celebrate how much your child grows throughout the year.
• Personalizes Learning: MAP results allow us to tailor instruction to your child’s needs—celebrating their strengths while providing targeted support or extra challenges where they need them most.
• Shows Progress: Demonstrating our learners’ growth through MAP helps us show our progress to local district authorizers, ensuring our school continues to thrive and serve our families.
