Hello, iLEAD Agua Dulce Families!
It has been a great week with all of our TK-6th grade learners back, and we are very excited to welcome our 7th and 8th grade learners on campus March 29!
We would like to thank you for your patience and support at morning valet. We have strict protocol that we must adhere to, and it requires more time. Please remember that you must fill out a health screening each morning prior to school drop-off and remind anyone who drops off or picks up your child for you that they must remain in the vehicle.
Valet Procedure
Because we also have specific protocol in the afternoon, we have been trying a few ways to get the valet line moving safely and quickly, including having the majority of the vehicles off Agua Dulce Canyon Road. Please adhere to the following traffic patterns so all learners are picked up safely and efficiently:
- Gates will be open by 12:15 PM.
- All vehicles arriving will pick up their learners in order of their arrival.
- The first vehicle entering will be directed to the pick-up circle.
- Please pull forward to fit as many vehicles as possible.
- We will then fill five additional waiting rows, which are part of the single pick-up line.
- Please pull up behind the previous vehicle that entered and fill in each of the rows.
- All lines will be directed into the pick-up circle in rows in the order of their arrival.
Los Angeles County Travel Advisory
With spring break approaching, it is an important time to review current guidelines regarding travel. The most recent Travel Advisory published by the LA County Department of Public Health reads, “All persons arriving in or returning to the County of Los Angeles from other states or countries, must self-quarantine for 10 days after arrival…and must limit interactions to people in your household/people with whom you live.” The advisory can be found here. Due to these guidelines, you are required to notify your school when travel outside California occurs. Please call our school office to notify staff and receive further guidance.
Panorama Education Survey
Recently you received an email from Panorama Education with a link to a survey. We kindly ask that you fill out the survey, as it is important to our campus. This survey will help us know how to best support our families, will help us continue to grow our program, and is essential for the renewal of our charter. Bingo Nights
A big thank-you to all who attended our first virtual Bingo Nights! A great time was had by all, and we are very appreciative of Cameron Schlender and Tiffany Mitchell for hosting the event.
