Dear Families,
Welcome to Week Three!
Now that the learners are settling into their new routine, we are getting ready to launch our first project within the next couple of weeks, so please be sure to read all emails and always reach out for support if needed.
This week, your child’s facilitator will be setting up specific times to meet with your child during their synchronous (on-site) days next week to assess each learner in writing and ELA. In addition, your child will be taking the NWEA MAP Assessment for Math and ELA September 14-17. All of these very important assessments are needed to individualize the learning for your child.
To end the week, we hope to see you at our Welcome Back Parade! Please join us on Friday, September 11, from 1:00-2:00 PM at the Valet Lot. We have special school supply bags for all our learners and can’t wait to see your faces!
Have a wonderful week!
Lisa Latimer
School Director
