Fostering the Leaders of Tomorrow through Well-Rounded Educational Opportunities

Hybrid Learning Model

Mirroring today’s business model, the high school is designed to foster critical thinking, collaboration, mastery of learning, problem-solving, and innovation. Learners work with an Educational Facilitator (EF) to craft and execute an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP). Learners may attend campus four to five days per week for workshops, one-to-one or small-group support, and collaboration on projects or choose to work from home for the majority of their time. UC a-g-approved curriculum allows learners to customize their pacing and daily work while still fulfilling graduation requirements needed for acceptance into top California colleges and universities.

Project-Based Career Connected Learning

At iLEAD Agua Dulce, high schoolers will be invited to complete a Career-Connected Learning pathway to develop essential skills for success in college and career. Infusing their own passions and interests into the pathway, learners will master essential entrepreneurial skills and mindsets to be able to apply to any industry. Learners will experience work-based educational opportunities, hands-on projects on campus, internships, industry certifications, and ongoing college and career exploration and counseling.

International Baccalaureate Career Programme (IBCP)

iLEAD Agua Dulce is an International Baccalaureate (IB) world school. To complement our Career-Connected Learning pathways, we offer learners the opportunity to enter our IB Career-Related Programme (CP). The CP is a framework of international education that incorporates IB values into a unique program that prepares learners for higher education, apprenticeships, and careers. iLEAD Agua Dulce high schoolers have the opportunity to complete the CP components in their junior and senior years.

Personalized College and Career Counseling

All iLEAD Agua Dulce high schoolers will experience personalized college and career exploration and will work closely with our team to create a graduation plan that aligns with their goals. Through this individualized approach, they will complete coursework during high school that is relevant and meaningful to them both now and in their successful future.

Extracurricular Résumé Builders

Learners have the opportunity to engage in leadership opportunities on campus, such as the National Honor Society, UN International Mock Trial, service learning, internship, and clubs/activities.
