Dear Families,
In order to comply with Los Angeles County mandates, you must fill out the health screening questionnaire prior to your child attending class each day. All families will be asked to show proof of completion at drop off. Any learner that does not have a completed health screening cannot attend class.
The health screening is located on the ParentSquare App that must be downloaded on your phone or computer. An invite from ParentSquare was emailed to all parents. Please accept the invite so you can access the health screening. If you are unable to utilize technology, please stop by the office for a paper copy. If there is any other support that you may need, please contact Gladys Ramirez by email at gladys.ramirez@ileadschools.org as well.
