Welcome, March! This month at iLEAD Agua Dulce, our Learner Outcome focus is developing authentic individuals. We encourage learners to explore their individuality, develop self-awareness, and understand how their unique qualities contribute to the world around them. Through various activities and discussions, we aim to foster a sense of confidence in our learners and pride in being authentically themselves.
