Hello, Agua Dulce Families!
We had a wonderful week filled with random acts of kindness. As we celebrated World Kindness Day on Wednesday, November 13, our learners did a plethora of activities to honor kindness. Many learners and staff also wore their cardigans as a tribute to Mr. Rogers, who dedicated his life to ensuring that children viewed kindness each and every day on his television show. He was a true hero and advocate for children.
While we did some special activities on World Kindness Day, at iLEAD Agua Dulce, we focus on building a positive and inclusive culture each and every day. It is essential to focus on a whole-child approach to support and nurture all areas of a child’s development, from social-emotional and cognitive skills to literacy, math, and science understanding. Empowering our learners with kindness and empathy makes an impact today, tomorrow, and always.
We hope you have a wonderful week!
Warm regards,
Lisa Latimer
