Parent University: Navigating Project-Based Learning within the Classroom
Project-based learning helps prepare our learners for the real world and empowers them to solve highly complex problems. Project-based learning (PBL) requires that learners have both fundamental skills (reading, writing, and math) and21st-century skills (teamwork, problem-solving, research-gathering, time management, information-synthesizing, utilizing high-tech tools). PBL provides the opportunity for the learners to become active rather than passive learners. But what does that look like in the classroom?
