As a project-based learning school at iLEAD Agua Dulce, attendance is vital. Project-based learning requires collaboration, discussions, working in cohorts, and researching. In addition, our facilitators confer daily with small groups in the areas of math and reading to ensure that our learners are reaching their academic goals. These are all valuable components that cannot be made up with worksheets, so frequently missing school impacts grades. We encourage you to bring your child to school each day for optimum learning and academic and social success.
If you know in advance that your child will miss three or more days of school, we ask that you arrange with your child’s facilitator and the office for your child to be placed on independent study for the duration of that time. Thank you for supporting your child’s learning at iLEAD Agua Dulce!
