iLEAD Agua Dulce’s 3rd Annual Family Play Day: April 26

Dear iLEAD Agua Dulce Families,

Play builds the imagination, promotes curiosity, and helps to ease anxiety. It allows children to use their creativity while developing their imagination, dexterity, and physical, cognitive, and emotional strength and is important for healthy brain development. Play is also the way in which children of all ages find connectedness. After decades of research on play, the evidence keeps mounting that the best way for children to learn and thrive is through play.

We are excited to announce that on Friday, April 26, we will be hosting our 3rd Annual Family Play Day from 9:30 AM to noon for TK-5th grade, with our middle and high school learners leading the activities. There will be lots of fun, engagement, learner rock bands, and more for the whole family to participate in and enjoy together. We hope you’ll come and play with us!

  • Sensory tables painting
  • Games
  • Music
  • Mud kitchens
  • Sit in a real glider
  • Petting zoo
  • Kona Ice
  • Rock bands
  • Face painting

If you’d like to help, we are taking donations of the following to help ensure we have enough materials for all:

  • Flour
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Shaving cream

We look forward to seeing you!
