Learner Outcome Survey: April 21-May 2

Spring Surveys

Dear Families,

Your feedback is important to our school’s success! All learners in grades TK-12 are participating in the Learner Outcome survey. We are striving for 100% participation to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of our community’s perspectives.

Learner Outcome Survey (April 21-May 2)

Purpose:

  • This survey reflects your child’s progress in achieving our iLEAD Schoolwide Learner Outcomes, which are essential for personal and professional growth.

Process:

  • Your child will complete a Learner Outcome Reflection Survey with their facilitator/coach. You’ll receive their Semester 2 results via email and on their Semester 2 Report of Progress.

What to Look For:

  • Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from ilead@qualtrics-survey.com with the subject line iLEAD Learner Outcomes – 2nd Semester Report of Progress.

We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your valuable insights. Your participation helps us create the best possible learning environment for our learners.
