Middle School Leadership Summit: February 21

Middle School Leadership Summit

Teen Truth is a leading organization that was formed nearly 20 years ago specifically to help reset middle and high school culture, helping learners understand the impact of bullying and other challenges they face and inspiring them to be effective leaders.

On Tuesday, February 21, we are teaming up with Teen Truth for a half-day program that begins with an assembly and moves into a Leadership Summit. During the Summit, our learners will work on activities to formulate solutions that will empower their voices, create a safe and connected campus, and help them to understand the importance of their positions as iLEADers. The learners will also develop an action plan to address difficult social and emotional issues and build connections with one another.

Each day in Advisory, our facilitators and counseling staff will continue to support our learners with directed activities and deep conversations, expanding on the hard work that will have taken place in the Summit.

We are excited to take this journey with our learners and help them be their best selves.
