Hello, iLEAD Agua Dulce Families!
We have some fun events coming up including our ’50s Sock Hop on Valentine’s Day and our Family Math Night to celebrate Pi Day!
Our Makery items are almost all here; however, we are going to need a team of people to help us put the Makery in order. We need work tables and benches assembled and help installing the pegboards and shelving. If you’re available to help with assembly, please email email@example.com or stop by the office. Our learners will truly appreciate the help so we can access our new space right away!
Our Creation Station shed will be taking on a whole new look, as our learners begin the painting process this week. We have purchased a plethora of items for art, tinkering, and creating for the learners to access in the shed. We cannot wait for our older learners to continue to utilize their imagination at recess and lunch!
Don’t forget to turn in your Intent to Return slips. This is required to hold your spot for next year and helps us with staffing as well.
We hope you have a wonderful week!

Editor’s Note: This is one in a series of articles on the pillars of iLEAD Agua Dulce’s educational philosophy and approach. “In the long run, if it isn’t a win for both of us, we both lose. That’s why win-win is the only real alternative in interdependent realities.” — Dr. Stephen Covey This week, we’re examining
Please make sure to utilize the Valet at the lower lot for drop-off and pick up. The parking lot is for drop-off of classroom pets or learners who arrive after 8:45 a.m. The congestion of cars on the upper lot is unsafe for our learners and staff. We appreciate your support!
It was a great week! Our 6th graders presented their reverse-engineering project, 3rd graders created their own play dough using their expository writing skills and mathematical knowledge, 5th graders presented data at our assembly to inform the learners of the environmental footprint we’re leaving behind and how to lessen it, kindergarteners created and engineered, and
You may have noticed that our playground shed is now completely white. That’s because we are preparing for our learners to work alongside a professional mural artist who will transform the shed into a place where our learners can tap into their imaginations and artistic skills. We cannot wait for our learners to begin the
With the new year comes a reminder about the importance of attendance at iLEAD Agua Dulce. Because we are a project-based school, attendance is vital. Project-based learning requires collaboration, discussions, working in cohorts, and research. In addition, the facilitators confer daily with small groups in the areas of math and reading to ensure our learners
