Parent University: Navigating Project-Based Learning within the Classroom

Project-based learning helps prepare our learners for the real world and empowers them to solve highly complex problems. Project-based learning (PBL) requires that learners have both fundamental skills (reading, writing, and math) and 21st-century skills (teamwork, problem-solving, research-gathering, time management, information-synthesizing, utilizing high-tech tools). PBL provides the opportunity for the learners to become active rather than passive learners. But what does that look like in the classroom?
Please join us on Thursday, January 30, at 6:00 p.m. to gain a better understanding of how the project-based learning process works in your child’s classroom.
